What You’ll Do as a Day Shift Caregiver
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors each day:
Provide hands‑on care and support with daily living activities
Help residents start their day with dignity, comfort, and compassion
Encourage socialization, engagement, and wellness
Maintain a safe and supportive environment
Build meaningful relationships with residents and team members
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Caregiving experience preferred but NOT required
Memory Care experience is a plus
Passion for helping others
Reliable, compassionate, and team‑oriented
