About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head / Director of Programmatic Marketplace to lead the transformation of how brands connect with audiences through programmatic digital out-of-home (DOOH). The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and scaling programmatic revenue, with a focus on building a predictable, high-performing DOOH marketplace. This includes improving fill rates, stabilizing revenue, and optimizing yield across inventory. The role also involves developing strong demand partnerships, pricing strategy, and yield optimization, as well as building and growing relationships with DSPs, SSPs, and agency trading desks.
Applicants should have 7-12 years of experience in programmatic media or DOOH monetization, with a strong understanding of PMP structures, DSP workflows, and marketplace dynamics. A proven track record in owning revenue or yield performance is essential, as is an analytical, data-driven approach and the ability to work with pricing and forecasting models. The ideal candidate will have a builder mindset, capable of creating and scaling new processes, and a strong network across programmatic buyers and platforms. Experience in scaling high-volume, low-CPM inventory businesses and a background in DOOH inventory or marketplaces are considered advantageous.
