Job Description & Requirements
Start Date: 5/11/2026 | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $2,654.00 – $2,735.00

Physical Therapist needed ASAP. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients using physical therapy principles, methods, practices and equipment. The PT will maintain effective working relationships with staff, communicate clearly with patients, and guide them to assume responsibility for their treatment and development.

Required Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of physical therapy principles, methods, practices, techniques and equipment.

Knowledge of anatomy and physiology sufficient for patient evaluation and treatment.

Ability to adjust equipment to suit patient needs.

Effective teamwork and excellent communication skills.

Computer proficiency.

Education & Licensure

Baccalaureate degree in Physical Therapy.

Current license from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as a Physical Therapist.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.

Experience
1 year in physical therapy (rehabilitation).

Qualifications

PT (Compact accepted)

BLS‑AHA certification (copy needed)

Social Security Number required.

Date of birth required.

1 reference covering entire work history.

Preferred Qualifications
None.
