Overview
Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Nurse Supervisor to lead, teach, and mentor nursing staff in delivering high‑quality home care. The role involves managing schedules, conducting on‑site supervisory visits, and supporting staff development.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional care for clients at home.
Manage and schedule patient visits in compliance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
Conduct on‑site supervisory visits to assess client, family, environment, and clinical caregivers.
Employment Requirements
Current, unrestricted RN licensure in the state.
Must satisfy all state and federal requirements.
Must have your own car and a valid driver’s license in good standing.
Proof of car insurance.
Previous pediatric experience preferred.
Other
Paid for after‑hours on‑call rotation (if applicable).
Employees are compensated for mileage.
