A hospital in Arizona is looking for an experienced MS/Telemetry nurse for a travel assignment. The right candidate will have a full 2 years of experience, and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license (or compact). This position could float to sister facility in Mesa and is required to work weekends in rotation with core staff. COVID vaccine is required or a declination form with appropriate documentation and hospital approval. Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start, with 2 max attempts.
