Overview

Responsibilities
Work directly with customers to help meet all of their eyewear needs
Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy
Check that finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
Explain prescription terminology and product offerings
Collaborate with your team to ensure exceptional service
Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, style, and lifestyle
Contribute to best practices for sales and customer service
Represent the brand to educate others about our values and mission
Qualifications
A licensed dispensing optician in licensed states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states
Passionate about eyewear and retail
Clear, effective communicator who can explain technical terms to customers
Dedicated to going above and beyond for customers and teammates
Energetic, positive team player in a fast-paced environment
Extremely detail-oriented with ability to juggle responsibilities
Open-minded and continual learner
Professional, but not overly self-important
Not on the Office of Inspector General\'s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Compensation & Benefits
In compliance with local and state requirements, Warby Parker offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary/hourly rate and variable compensation for eligible employees. For applicable postings, ranges are estimates at the time of posting and depend on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data.
