About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Business Development to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with the creation, expansion, and management of strategic business relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors. This role involves the development and execution of strategies to grow the business, increase revenue, and achieve key strategic goals. The Vice President will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, identifying new markets and product opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams in the implementation of new business initiatives.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years' of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The Vice President will be expected to be proficient in MS Office and to provide strategic insight and direction to the executive leadership team. Responsibilities also include assessing customer needs, designing effective solutions, monitoring industry trends, and creating marketing strategies that promote and differentiate the company's offerings.
