InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around San Antonio. You will spend your days helping patients regain independence, safely navigate daily routines, and stay engaged in the activities they value most. We offer a flexible schedule, consistent patient volume, and a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver in‑home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes

Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals

Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs

Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care

Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full‑time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Eligible employees may participate in IHT's 401(k) plan after meeting age and service requirements. Compensation and Benefits
The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $75 to $85 per evaluation. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. To support your transition into home health, for full‑time clinicians we offer guaranteed base pay for your first 12 weeks while you build your caseload, so you can focus on your patients without financial uncertainty during ramp‑up.

Requirements

Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing

BLS CPR certification

Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes

Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
