Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Required Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program.
Active Minnesota PT license.
At least one reference in work history.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or rehabilitation setting.
Early start date (e.g., 4/1).
