Overview
The Capitol Region Education Council is seeking a highly qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in one of its many summer programs in Clinton, CT. The STRIVE summer program operates from July 6, 2026 to July 31, 2026, with work hours from 7:45 am to 11:45 am, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

Provide problem solving, support, and crisis intervention using Applied Behavior Analysis to young adults with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Complete daily data collection and graphing of all required data as directed by teachers or a BCBA.

Preferred Qualifications

Several years of experience working with secondary students aged 18–22.

Requirements

Maintain a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
