Locum Tenens Opportunity: Interventional + General Radiologist Kentucky

SMART Physician Recruiting is actively seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist with General Radiology skills to provide Locum Tenens coverage for a valued client in Kentucky. Emergency privileges are available for qualified candidates.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST

• Volume: 55 RVUs per shift

• Tech Stack: RPCE, PowerScribe 4.0

• Fluoroscopy Procedures: BE, UGI, Mod BAS, SMB (fluoro recorded and sent to PACS)

Required Procedures

• Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Chest Tube Placements

• CT Biopsies (Kidney, Bone, Liver, Lung)

• Ultrasound-Guided Biopsies/Aspirations (No Breast)

• Myelograms, Spinal Punctures

• Arthrograms (Hip, Shoulder, Wrist, Knee)

• Fluoro-Guided Aspirations

• CT-Guided Drain Tube Placements

• Fluoro-Guided G-Tube Placements

• Tunnel & Trialysis Catheter Placements

• CT-Guided Percutaneous Nephrostomy Tube Placement

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky medical license (or eligibility via IMLC we assist with licensing)

• Board Certification in Radiology
