Facility Details/Requirements:
- NBCRNA
- Indiana license required (we can help license you)
- Monday-Friday 7a-3p or 7a-5p
- Weekday call 5p-7a
- 24 hour weekend call with post-call day off
- MDs onsite (no supervision)
- Case types: Cases: General, Endo, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, Radiology, Epidurals, spinals, blocks required (with logs)
- EMR is EPIC
