Radiation Oncology Locum - Illinois
- Work Dates Needed: Jun- Oct
- Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-430p
- 2 weeks of coverage needed in Jun
- F/T coverage needed Jul-Oct
- No Call / No Weekends
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient
- Scope of Work:
- Responsible for patient evaluation, simulation and dosimetry treatment planning, prescription for radiation therapy, weekly assessments of patients under treatment, and post-treatment patient follow-up.
- Responsible for checking daily images for verification of alignment and accuracy of treatment.
- Avg 25-30 ppd
- Cases - External beam treatments, OTV's and follow ups
- Procedures required - on site supervision for compliance, checking SRS's, on treatment visits, follow up or consult.
- Solo coverage
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL license required, BC, DEA, BLS, CSR,
- EMR: Epic
