Locums - Anderson, South Carolina Urology OpportunityCoverage Dates:July - July July - July August - 1-2 weekends per month ongoingSchedule: 24-hour call coverage (6:00 AM - 6:00 AM)Reason for Coverage: Building locum coverage poolPosition Highlights:
- 100% inpatient and ED-based urology coverage
- No other urologists onsite during assignment
- Established group with 4 urologists
- Onsite lab and X-ray available
- Strong surgical case mix
- 15-20 patients per day
- 2-5 hospital-based surgeries per weekend
- Providing 24-hour urology call coverage
- Managing ED consults and inpatient urologic cases
- Performing urgent and emergent urologic procedures
- Delivering comprehensive surgical and medical urology care
- Ureteroscopy
- Laparoscopic surgeries
- General urology procedures
- Trauma-related urology care
- Nephrectomy and partial nephrectomy (with intraoperative ultrasound)
- Incontinence procedures
- Trauma Level II facility
- Lab and imaging available onsite
- EMR: Epic
- Board Certified in Urology - required
- Active South Carolina license - required (no exceptions)
- Clean background - required (no exceptions)
- Experienced providers only (no new grads)
- BLS/ACLS - preferred
- Established urology group with 4 providers
- Independent coverage during assignment
