Availability / Schedule

• Ongoing coverage starting 07/27/2026
• Shift expectations aligned with 70-80 reads per 8-hour shift

Licenses / Certifications Needed

• Willing to License: Yes (Illinois license not required upfront)
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Radiology
• Active DEA (if applicable)

Clinical Requirements & Skills

• Primary Reads:
  • 34 diagnostic reads/day (primarily plain film)
• Required Skills:
  • Ability to read CTP stroke protocol (critical)
  • MRI Abdomen (for OB emergent cases)
• Preferred (Not Required):
  • MRI Joint interpretation
  • Light Interventional Radiology (for onsite providers)
• Not Required:
  • Cardiac ultrasound (cardiologists handle these)

Efficiency Metrics / Expectations

• Volume: 70-80 reads per 8-hour shift
• Turnaround Times (TAT):
  • Stroke Alerts: ? 20 minutes
  • ED Stats: 30-60 minutes
  • Inpatient Stats: ? 60 minutes
  • Critical Results: Communicated within Inpatient Studies: Outpatient Studies:
