Operating Room Clinical Manager

Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Clinical Manager Operating Room! Full Relocation!
Split/Evening Shift (The shift will be 2PM-10PM others 1pm-9pm, depending on need)
Responsible for providing leadership to the department. Oversees daily operations, manages and develops departmental staff, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team in the delivery of patient care. Utilizes the nursing process to ensure the delivery of quality care to patients.
This position oversees 65 FTE's including evening, weekend and night shift staff which includes RN's, Techs, Coordinators and will be responsible for the neuro, plastics, ortho and ENT service lines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited school of professional nursing required
Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
Certified in Basic Life Support
Professional certification in clinical area or management preferred
Additional certifications may be required based on discipline and/or nursing unit requirements
3+years or more years’ experience in clinical area of practice
Minimum of one (1) year experience in a supervisory or management role
