In the RN Practitioner role you will:
Assume responsibility and accountability for rapid assessment, nursing diagnosis and works with MD partners to assure safe patient diagnostic testing and optimal plan of care.
Perform advanced practice procedures.
Utilize the nursing process to promote/restore optimal health and well‑being of the patient.
Assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

This is a shared position between Idaho Springs and Belmar.
1 year of experience in a clinical or advanced practice setting, preferred.
Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.
Master’s Degree in Nursing as Nurse Practitioner from a nationally accredited post‑graduate certificate program required. Must be a graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing.
Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure and listed on the state Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Registry required. Board certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in applicable population foci and/or sub‑specialty.
RN License required.
BLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting.
ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting.
Have Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or have Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN‑P), if applicable for role with associated articulated plan.
Physical Requirements – Medium Work – (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Located in Lakewood, Colorado, St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center serving Denver and the surrounding region. It offers a full range of medical specialties and health care services, including trauma, cardiology, stroke, neurosciences, breast imaging, cancer/oncology care, and surgery.
Pay Range
$92,664 - $183,851 /year
