Schedule: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri with an occasional weekend day rotation every 4-6 weeks.
Starting Pay: Independently Licensed - $79,040.00 - $89,440 | Preliminary Licensed - $70,720 - $74,880
The IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery is a one‑of‑a‑kind addiction treatment facility specializing in PTSD for IAFF members - and IAFF members struggling with addiction, PTSD, and other related behavioral health challenges to receive the help they need in taking the first steps toward recovery. It is a haven for members to talk with others who have faced or overcome similar challenges.
Advanced Recovery Systems | The Recovery Village is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to treating addiction, substance abuse and mental health issues. We put behavioral health front and center, assisting people with substance abuse issues, addictions, and mental health concerns.

Job Duties
Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Support discharge planning and continuity of care
Requirements
Masters' Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required
Licensed in the State of Maryland to practice required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor or other behavioral health-related field
LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical)
LCMFT (Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist)
LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)
LCADC (Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor)
Licensed PhD/PsyD
LGPC (Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor)
LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)
LGMFT (Licensed Graduate Marriage & Family Therapist)
LGADC (Licensed Graduate Alcohol & Drug Counselor)
Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
CPR and BFA Certification required
