The Company is seeking a VP, Marketing to play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth across its multi-brand platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the platform's brand strategy, building scalable demand-generation programs, and equipping regional hubs with the necessary marketing tools and playbooks. This role demands a hands-on leader with a builder's mindset, capable of influencing decentralized teams and rolling up their sleeves to ensure local market success. The VP, Marketing will also be instrumental in M&A integration, supporting the company's buy-and-build growth strategy, and will be evaluated based on a range of marketing KPIs, including marketing-sourced revenue, qualified leads, and marketing effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B demand generation, particularly in multi-location service platforms, and experience in commercial or technician-led service sectors. They should be adept at implementing modern marketing infrastructure and have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams. A player-coach mentality, operational pragmatism, and the ability to operate with urgency and resourcefulness in a high-growth environment are essential. The role requires a leader who is enterprise-minded, with a low-ego, high-confidence personality, and who is comfortable in ambiguity while being influential and persuasive in their approach.
