Pediatric Dentist Opportunity St. Louis, MO

Join a high-volume, well-supported pediatric dental practice in St. Louis, MO serving children and special needs patients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Practice Overview
  • Treating patients ages 0 18, including special needs populations
  • Accelerated schedule with 5 6 columns per provider
  • Fully equipped operatories with:
    • Nitrous oxide
    • Office-based anesthesia
    • Hospital-based sedation
  • EMR: Eaglesoft
  • PPO-based practice (no state-funded insurance)
Clinical Scope
  • Full scope of pediatric dentistry, including:
    • Fillings
    • Stainless steel crowns
    • Pulpotomies
    • Space maintainers
  • Hospital privileges with call responsibilities
  • Exposure to a wide range of cases and patient needs
Support Staff
  • Strong, fully staffed team including:
    • Patient coordinators, treatment coordinators, financial coordinators
    • Office manager and surgery coordinator
    • Lead dental assistants, hygienists, DAs, and sterilization techs
Schedule
  • Full-time schedule: Monday Friday + 1 Saturday per month
  • Summer Hours:
    • Mon Thurs: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
    • Friday: 7:00 AM 12:30 PM
    • Saturday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM
  • Regular Hours:
    • Mon Fri: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
    • Saturday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM
Patient Volume
  • Average: 60 patients per day per provider
  • Range: patients depending on seasonality
Compensation & Benefits
  • Bi-weekly draw based on daily rate (starting at $1,200/day)
  • Quarterly true-up based on percentage of collections
  • Relocation assistance: $10,000

Requirements
  • Open to experienced providers and new graduates/residents
  • Board-eligible or board-certified accepted
