
Travel Physical Therapist - $2,140 per week

Overview
TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Rockwall, Texas.
Responsibilities
As a PT, be responsible for the evaluation, development, and execution of a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting.
Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians).
Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within the setting for the facility.
Understand the respective PT board's rules and regulations, complying within the respective state.
Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-focused plan of care.
Understand adaptive equipment.
Evaluate and create a plan of care and modify it as indicated based on the patient’s condition.
Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks.
Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.
Qualifications
Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply. Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.
Physical Therapists should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.
BLS and 2 Years (as stated under Requirements*).
Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
