Job Summary
Pay range: $20.00-$25.00 per hour. An emergency response tire technician for semi‑truck fleets. You will repair or replace tires at customer locations and perform shop duties when no service calls are pending.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to roadside tire failure calls and perform on‑site repairs or replacements.
Participate in mandatory on‑call rotation to handle after‑hours service requests.
Mount, dismount, and repair commercial tires, including match mounting, mating dual assemblies, and radial runout.
Inflate tires to prescribed PSI based on load requirements.
Maintain shop cleanliness and assist with order processing as needed.
Comply with OSHA regulations and safety procedures, including proper PPE, tire cage use, and all safety policies.
Shift Information
This position requires a mandatory on‑call rotation. During assigned on‑call periods, technicians must respond to after‑hours service requests, including evenings and weekends, at a high rate of acceptance. All after‑hours service calls are compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.

Basic Requirements
Valid driver's license meeting commercial driver qualification requirements.

Previous commercial service tire experience.
