Dental Patient Services Coordinator / Front Desk Associate

(Customer Service & Hospitality Backgrounds Encouraged to Apply)

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Patient Services Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is perfect for someone with customer-facing experience such as restaurant servers, hosts, retail associates, receptionists, or hospitality professionals who enjoy helping people and working in a team environment.

Dental experience is a plus but not required - we are happy to train the right person who has strong people skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.

English and Spanish speaking preferred.

This role is the first point of contact for our patients, so we’re looking for someone who can create a welcoming experience while helping keep the office running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth

Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling appointment

Call patients to help coordinate care, schedule visits, follow up and check in with them

Check insurance coverages and gather patient information

Help coordinate the daily schedule and maintain smooth patient flow

Communicate clearly with patients and the clinical team

Assist with patient information, paperwork, and general front desk tasks

Help create a positive and supportive environment for both patients and coworkers

What We're Looking For

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant service, or other customer-facing roles

Excellent people skills and communication

Strong sense of teamwork and willingness to help others

Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic

Motivated to learn new skills and grow professionally

Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and professionalism

Previous dental or medical office experience

Experience with scheduling or front desk work
