About The Role
We are currently looking for a Laboratory Technician in Madison, WI to fill a vacancy and join our Team. Reporting to the Laboratory Supervisor, plays a key role in supporting Boviteq USA’s advanced reproductive technologies, including IVF, embryo production, and related laboratory processes. This position is responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory procedures with a high level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. The technician ensures all work is completed in alignment with established protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do
Participate in the Embryo Production process
Maturation, fertilization, and culture of bovine oocytes
Freezing, grading, and packaging of embryos for shipment
Comply with production SOPs, schedules and USDA export regulations
Maintain and monitor materials, equipment and data entry
Record keeping and care maintenance of equipment
What You Need to Succeed
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of microscopes, pipetting and aseptic techniques is an advantage
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Excellent problem‑solving skills
Previous agriculture experience is a plus

This is an in-person role requiring 5 days per week in our Madison, WI location.
