Practice Setting

• Active Heart and Lung Transplant program
• Diverse case mix including:
  • Advanced Heart Failure
  • Cardiothoracic Surgery
  • ECMO
  • CABG procedures
• Collaborative team of surgeons, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners
• Structured mentorship from experienced transplant surgeons
• Opportunity to expand advanced procedural and perioperative skills

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (with flexibility)
• Shared call rotation
• Guaranteed 8-hour protected rest period during on-call shifts
• Evening cases managed by the call PA
• Daytime cases covered by non-call PAs
