What You’ll Do

As Hospital Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, patients, and team members. This role is central to creating an environment where high-quality medicine and exceptional service can thrive.
Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing hospital team
Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
Partner with clinical leadership to support patient care and hospital growth
Drive operational efficiency, workflow improvements, and team engagement
Manage client experience, including resolving concerns and supporting service excellence
Collaborate with Area Leadership to set and achieve operational and financial goals
This role requires both

strategic thinking and hands-on leadership , balancing people, operations, and business performance to keep the hospital running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of leadership or management experience (veterinary experience strongly preferred)
Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
CVPM is a plus, but not required
Compensation

$60,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience
