Phlebotomist II
(Kannapolis, NC) – full‑time, 13‑week contract
Job Summary
This is a contract role with strong potential for full‑time conversion. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in venipuncture, especially with difficult draws, and comfortable working independently in a patient‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, forensic, and clinical collections
Handle difficult (hard stick) and geriatric patient draws with confidence
Accurately process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Manage workload independently in a solo work setting
Qualifications
Minimum 1+ year of phlebotomy experience
High School Diploma or GED required

Pay Range: $17 – $19 hourly
Shifts:
Mon – Thu: 7:30 AM‑5:00 PM
Fri: 7:30 AM‑2:30 PM
