Responsibilities Include
Providing comprehensive critical care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment
Performing assessments, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care as needed
Documenting all patient interactions accurately and timely
Skills Needed
Current Florida PA license
Strong knowledge of critical care protocols and procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure situations
