- Day 2: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Swing: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Night: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- 1 APP: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Patient Volume: 25,000 annual volume
- EMR: EPIC
- Board Certification: ABEM, ABIM, or ABFM (EM experience required)
- Licensure: Active Louisiana license or willing to obtain Louisiana state license, must have active DEA at time of present
