Position Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Hospitalist to join our esteemed team near Sebring, FL. This locum tenens opportunity offers a unique chance to provide exceptional care in a hospital setting with a focus on ICU coverage.
Hospital Program Profile- Physician Team: 14 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers.
- Shift Schedule:
- Physicians: 4-day shifts (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.); 1-day shift (7 a.m. to 5 p.m.); 1-night shift (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.).
- Advanced Practice Providers: Various shifts ranging from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and 4 p.m. to 4 a.m.
- ICU Coverage: Open ICU, managed by a dedicated Critical Care Hospitalist Team.

- Duration: ASAP - Ongoing

Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
- Procedural Skills: Comfortable performing procedures including C-lines, A-lines, thoracentesis and paracentesis, SWAN, chest tubes, and intubations.
- Availability: Providers are required to work 7 shifts in a row. Candidates unwilling or unable to commit to this schedule will not be considered.
