Job Description:
Technician will travel to each client's location to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, servers, and printers.
Works under general supervision.
Must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA's).
Local travel required for daily dispatch.
Candidate must have valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and pass drug test & background check.

What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Must have basic knowledge of printer, laptop, desktop, server, and network. Must have good admin and organizational skills.
What will the work schedule be for this position? M-F 9am to 6pm with a 1 hr lunch
Will there be OC (on call)? Yes
Will there be shift differentials? No
How many overall years of experience should this person have? Preferably 2 but not necessary
Do they need any specific certifications or education? A+ certification required within 6 months of hire
If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $23.50 for qualified technicians.

How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? 50-200
What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? 25 miles
