As a LPN Nurse at Edgewood, you’ll set the tone for the entire clinical department. We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and fun-loving individual to be responsible for providing excellent resident care, supporting our staff and facility while helping create a "home-like" ambience.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain appropriate resident care
Assess current and prospective residents
Participate in care conferences with families
Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies
Hire, train, and supervise clinical staff
Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
Needs to be comfortable and proficient with computer charting and able to learn the company's clinical software program, RTasks
Qualifications
Current state license of a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Knowledge of standards of nursing practice and awareness of standards for compliance with state and federal regulations.
Understanding of the assisted living rules and regulations and/or willingness/capability to learn.
Professional and courteous to all residents, families and staff
Previous experience supervising staff
Passion and drive for helping others
