Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and individualized nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on shiftComplete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies
Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
Maintain infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
Current CPR certification (required)
Previous long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
