What You'll Do
Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans
Provide hands‑on therapy and meaningful patient education
Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care
What You Bring
Active (or in-progress) state PT license
Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills
A team‑first mindset and commitment to patient‑centered care
