Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
in
Granville, NY . We offer a $5,000 sign‑on bonus and higher rates from $26 to $34 plus a .75 shift differential. Daily pay is available through a trusted third‑party provider, providing faster access to earnings. All shifts—day, evening, night—are available. DUTIES
Collect required information from new residents for admission.
Record health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
Administer medications and injections as needed.
Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Help residents get dressed and maintain personal hygiene.
Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work as a team member.
Valid LPN state license.
Must be in good standing with state registry.
