Overview
A well-established manufacturing facility is seeking a
Maintenance Technician
to join their team on
1st shift (Monday-Friday) . This role supports a highly automated operation (70-80% automated) and offers a mix of hands-on mechanical work and electrical troubleshooting in a plant that continues to invest in upgrades and modernization.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
Diagnose issues with PLCs, conveyors, and motors
Respond to equipment downtime and execute timely repairs
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Work across both newly renovated equipment/areas and some legacy systems
Qualifications
2-3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with PLCs, conveyors, and motors
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a mix of modern and older equipment environments
