Starting Pay- $27+
Erect pre‑engineered and wood‑framed buildings with precision and quality
Install roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company protocols
Identify and resolve construction challenges as they arise
Work outdoors year‑round in varying weather conditions
Support and mentor new team members; contribute to a strong team culture
Maintain exceptional attention to detail—build it as if it were your own
Requirements
Proficiency with tape measures and common hand/power tools
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder; 0-80 lbs ground to carry height)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Comfortable standing, walking, kneeling, and bending for extended periods
Willingness to travel within Wisconsin (home every weekend)
