Job Overview
The Service Technician at Mammotome provides specialized service and repair support for capital medical device equipment on-site at the Blue Ash Service Center in Cincinnati, OH. The position reports to the Manager, Service Operations and is part of Global Operations.
In This Role
Complete decontamination or incoming capital equipment.
Conduct repairs in accordance with prescribed repair procedures.
Perform debug of newly developed equipment/tooling.
Essential Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent with 1+ years’ experience in electronics, mechanical or electromechanical device repair and/or maintenance.
Proven ability to read wiring schematics, blueprints, color codes on wiring, work instructions and/or electrical components.
Ability to use hand tools in a work environment.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
Up to 5% flying and/or driving travel, including overnight stays; primarily domestic with occasional international travel.
Ability to occasionally lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 40 lbs.
Preferred Experience
Experience in medical device service and repair operations.
Experience working in an ISO environment.
Compensation & Benefits
The hourly range for this role is $24.00-$26.00 per hour. This range may be modified in the future. The position is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, vision insurance and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.
