Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN
Schedule: Saturday - Sunday 8:00pm - 8:00am. You may choose any or all shifts.
Location: Crouse 28033. Acuity: G-tube / Trach / Vent.

Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna may assist post‑hire)
Current TB skin test (within last 12 months)
At least 2 years of hands‑on LPN experience
Reliable transportation
