Multi-speciality group seeks an Otolaryngologist Join a hospital-employed practice with a collaborative e team of 1 Otolaryngologist surgeon, APC, 1 Audiologist, a dedicated surgery scheduler, and robust clinical and support staffEstablished practice with great reputation and referral patterns from adult and pediatric colleaguesClinic is open and staffed M-F 8:00 5:00 pm, physician schedule is flexibleDedicated OR block time between 10 ORs (including 2 DaVinci robots) and an ambulatory surgery center, all within a 5-minute walk from the clinical practiceCall is 1:4 for general ENT night and weekend call, and 1:6 for facial trauma callOpportunity to teach medical students if desiredCompetitive salaries and fair production with additional incentive bonus structures ORguaranteed shift based compensation with incentive bonus structures, Generous sign-on / relocation bonus, Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues, 5-7% retirement match + 457b program
