Job Description:

Summary: The job requires prior experience in Design, managing offshore team, strong analytical skills and ability to work on CREO and Windchill.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Design, Sheet Metal Fabrication and Welding
• Experience in Heavy industries, Trucks and Off highway is preferred
• Hands on Experience in design using CAD tools like CREO and PLM (Windchill).
• Good to have (but not mandatory) Shopfloor experience
• Experience in Requirement Analysis, Design & Development
• Good to have experience in managing Offshore team
• Experience in Engineering Change management process
• Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
• Should independently manage client and Offshore team interactions
• Previous experience working with Dump trucks/Tippers is a plus
