We are seeking a passionate and qualified Mental Health Therapist for a full‑time, on‑site role in Gurnee, IL. The therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy, conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and offer case management support. The role involves collaborating with clients to set therapeutic goals and delivering evidence‑based interventions to support recovery and well‑being.
Qualifications
Proficiency in treatment planning with a client‑centered approach
Experience in social work and case management, including resource coordination
Strong knowledge of mental health therapy practices, including evidence‑based interventions
Expertise in family therapy and addressing diverse relational dynamics
Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field (required)
Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent is preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Experience working in diverse and inclusive environments
