Responsibilities
Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle.
Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed.
Sometimes, we take the time to fix something small and then point it out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more.
Be punctual and efficient, maintaining the highest integrity and striving for top customer satisfaction.
Enjoy being an integral part of a winning team.
Demonstrate ability and willingness to exceed customers\' expectations.
Qualifications
Proper equipment knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of multiple trades, including:
Plumbing
Carpentry
Tile
Electrical
Additional qualifications for this Craftsman role may include the ability to determine what tools are needed for certain tasks.
Troubleshooting skills: quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them promptly and professionally.
Excellent communication skills: able to communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
Be presentable: clean-cut appearance, decent looking vehicle, organized tools.
Requirements and Benefits
Monday through Friday work week (8 am to 5 pm) – No weekend work.
