Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a CNC Programmer/Machinist based in St. Louis Park, MN. The machinist will be responsible for programming, setup, operation, and inspection within our milling department. You will be surrounded by other experienced machinists who work as a team to solve complex machining projects, assist each other with production/inspection as needed, and enjoy being part of a team that succeeds together!
Qualifications
Proficient in G & M codes, CAD/CAM experience highly preferred.
Skilled in setup/fixturing and designing new fixturing as needed.
Experience in Quality Control, including the ability to inspect and ensure precise product specifications.
Understanding of Machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Tooling knowledge and selection from project to project.
Previous experience in high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing is preferred.
