We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our team as Accounts Receivable Deduction Analysts in our Central, NJ office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in accounting and supply chain within a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities
Reviewing, researching, and resolving customer deductions and compliance fines
Support the timely processing of high volumes of accounts receivable transactions
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate records and documentation of deduction activities
Utilize ERP systems and Excel to track and analyze data
Qualifications
Accounting, Supply Chain or Logistics experience a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate skills required)
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, PeopleSoft, or Oracle is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
