Responsibilities
Lead plant operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets
Manage 3 Supervisors and ~75 machinists/finishers; develop high‑performing teams
Execute operating plans, capacity plans, and continuous improvement initiatives
Drive Lean manufacturing, visual management, flow systems, and cost reduction
Maintain Quality System compliance and support FDA/ISO requirements
Foster a strong EHS and zero‑defect, perfect fill‑rate culture
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Director of Operations
Support quoting, customer service, and on‑time delivery commitments
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years manufacturing leadership experience in regulated environments
Experience in high‑mix, low‑volume production and capacity planning
Strong knowledge of machining, fabrication, and assembly processes
Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt experience preferred
Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), Kinaxis, and Excel/PowerPoint
Solid understanding of EHS, GMP, ISO 13485, and quality systems
Proven P&L, operating plan execution, and strategic planning skills
