Responsibilities
Own the product strategy, setting and regularly updating the product and solutions roadmap, and making clear decisions on what gets built, improved, or phased out
Plan and execute new product launches from start to finish, ensuring strong coordination across sales, marketing, operations, and global partners
Define market needs and product requirements, prioritize features, and build clear business cases to support investment and stage‑gate decisions
Partner with marketing and finance to define product positioning, set pricing and discount guidelines, and manage performance against revenue and margin goals
Stay on top of competitors, customer feedback, and retail/material‑handling trends, turning insights into innovation and quarterly voice‑of‑customer summaries
Equip the sales team with tools, playbooks, and training, and regularly present key features, value propositions, and customer ROI talking points
Act as a visible business leader by anticipating risks, adapting plans as conditions change, collaborating effectively with leadership and international teams, and presenting clearly to executives
Qualifications
3+ years in Product Management
Must have experience with material handling carts or shelving solutions in a retail environment
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Understanding of domestic and global supply chains
Ability to travel 25%, including international
