Metrology Technician - Level 4- 1st Shift

Job Description

Reporting directly to the ISC Operations Manager, you will work out of our San Diego, CA location on an onsite schedule.
In this role you will impact the precision of our manufacturing processes, ensuring that we meet and exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Calibrate and maintain measurement instruments and systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with measurement equipment.
Perform measurements and inspections to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Develop and implement calibration procedures and standards.
Maintain documentation and records of calibration activities.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

At least six (6) years of experience in metrology or calibration within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of measurement standards, calibration techniques, and quality assurance processes.
Experience with calibration tools and software, including proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and other relevant regulatory requirements.
WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in metrology or calibration.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior technicians.
Experience with advanced calibration technologies and methodologies.
