Responsibilities
Provide contract support services for Lochner’s Florida CEI operations.
Exercise independent judgment in planning work details and making technical decisions related to the office aspects of the project.
Manage the setup and maintenance of document control/records management for multiple projects and project managers.
Provide services on contracts for FDOT and other regional municipalities.
Work remotely, full or in part, may be an option depending on the assignment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of related experience, or AA/AS plus 6 years, or HS/GED plus 8 years of related experience or equivalent.
Familiarity with FDOT procedures and proficiency in the computer programs necessary to perform the duties.
Experience in CEI, including materials acceptance and certification, progress and final estimates, EEO compliance, processing construction contract changes, and relevant transportation construction experience.
Effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
Certifications: CTQP Final Estimates Level I & II.

Physical Requirements
Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, stooping, crawling, and lifting. The employee may need to lift or move light equipment up to 20 pounds. The role requires alertness to field equipment, occasional work near hazardous machinery, and frequent exposure to dust, gas, fumes, noise, extremes in temperature or humidity, and potential work at heights.
