Corporate Associate (2–5 Years) — Bay Area | Partnership Track
A well-regarded boutique firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its growing Corporate Group.
Role Overview
This is a partnership-track opportunity for an associate with strong corporate transactional experience looking for meaningful deal exposure and long-term growth within a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions
Advise emerging growth companies across various stages
Assist with formation and structuring of private investment funds
Provide securities law counseling and corporate governance support
Support intellectual property transactions and general corporate/commercial matters
Ideal Background
2–5 years of corporate transactional experience
Experience with M&A and general corporate work required
Exposure to securities, emerging companies, or fund formation is a plus
Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills
